Accounts may be suspended, blocked, or permanently disabled for violating these Terms of Use, engaging in harmful behavior, or misusing Dustin Records.
• Right to Block: Dustin Records reserves the right to disable or block accounts for violations without prior notice.
• Administrative Records: When an account is blocked, Dustin Records retains the member’s profile information in internal records to enforce the restriction and prevent re-registration.
• Dispute Process: If an account is disabled and the user believes it was a mistake, a review can be requested through the Help, Contact & Feedback form on www.dustinrecords.com.
• Abusive Appeals: Any dispute request sent to Dustin Records that contains profanity, cussing, or abusive language will be dismissed immediately without review, and Dustin Records will cease all further communication.
