  • Violate any applicable laws while using Dustin Records.
  • Harassment Policy: Dustin Records maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment. Any member who engages in cussing, threats, or abusive language toward Dustin Records staff, artists, or other members will have their access revoked immediately and permanently.
 
5. Account Registration and Security
To access certain features of the platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
 
6. User-Generated Content and Comments
If the platform allows you to post comments, reviews, or upload content (collectively, "User Content"):
  • You grant Dustin Records a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your User Content on the platform.

7. Account Termination & Dustin Records Disputes
Accounts may be suspended, blocked, or permanently disabled for violating these Terms of Use, engaging in harmful behavior, or misusing Dustin Records.
  • Right to Block: Dustin Records reserves the right to disable or block accounts for violations without prior notice.
  • Administrative Records: When an account is blocked, Dustin Records retains the member’s profile information in internal records to enforce the restriction and prevent re-registration.
  • Dispute Process: If an account is disabled and the user believes it was a mistake, a review can be requested through the Help, Contact & Feedback form on help-contact-feedback.
  • Abusive Appeals: Any dispute request sent to Dustin Records that contains profanity, cussing, or abusive language will be dismissed immediately without review, and Dustin Records will cease all further communication.
  • Alternative Contact: Users may contact, contact@dustinrecords.com directly for assistance if the form is temporarily unavailable.
 
8. Music Licensing & Use
All music shared on Dustin Records is protected under copyright law. Personal listening is allowed, but:
  • Downloading, streaming for profit, or using music for public or commercial purposes requires a license or contract.
